Volunteer with kids
Make a difference in the lives of kids and families transitioning out of homelessness – volunteer at one of our housing sites leading after-school activities for kids: arts, crafts, reading, games, sports, and more!
Become a computer coach
Work with LIHI residents one-on-one and share your computer skills, help find employment opportunities and fill out application forms.
Volunteer at the Urban Rest Stop
Help improve the well-being and self-sufficiency of individuals and families experiencing homelessness by providing access to essential hygiene services at our downtown facility.
Social media wiz? Web designer?
We are looking for a volunteer to help ramp up our social media presence or update our Urban Rest Stop web site.
Organize a supply drive
New socks, toothbrushes, tooth paste, magazines, books, comic books are all needed at the Urban Rest Stop.
Be a friendly companion
Spend some time each week with a senior and disabled resident of LIHI housing; provide support and companionship.
