Description: Martin Court is a transitional Supportive Housing project which includes on-site Case Management programs for homeless, disabled individuals and homeless families. The property is located in the Georgetown area of South Seattle, and is named for social worker and activist Joe Martin.
Eligibility
Income, if any, must be verifiable as less than 30% of Area Median Income. All applicants are screened for criminal and residential history. Homeless transitional units further require 3rd party verification of homelessness, and willingness to cooperate with on-site Case Management services.
How much rent would you pay?
Units are subsidized by Seattle Housing Authority, with rents based upon a percentage of tenant income.
How to Apply: Available family units will be listed on our Available Units page. Individual applicants must be active clients of Sound Mental Health, Community Psychiatric Clinic, or Therapeutic Health Services, and referred by their primary clinician.
