Hours: Part-time, 20 hours/week
Pay Range: $14.42 – 17.30/ per hour DOE

The Low Income Housing Institute is a non-profit housing development organization which provides technical assistance, housing development, finance, and property management services to increase the supply of low-income housing and to work for housing justice.
The Housing Assistant will work at the Tyree Scott Apartments, 21 units located at 4000 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Seattle, WA 98108
The Housing Assistant will carry out such duties as needed and directed by the Housing Program Coordinator including collecting rents and recording financial information into property management software; working with applicants and residents to complete eligibility paperwork; coordinating with utility and repair vendors; and other duties. This is a non-exempt position.
This is a unionized position, represented by Local 8 of the Office of Professional Employees International
